STAFF NUMBER OFF / ON

Activation: Shift-F10 (for "off); Crtl-F10 (for "on")

These two tiny macros accomplish two things only:

press "Shift-F10" to turn all staff identification numbers to the left of the staves off
(i.e., set p12 = -1):

press "Ctrl-F10" to turn all staff identification numbers to the left of the staves on
(i.e. p12 = 0):

This can be useful if you have instrument labels that superimpose over the staff identification numbers (this happens to me all the time, as I tend to work on full-length staves). If I need to see all labels quickly, without interference from the staff identification numbers, I run these two macros.

Within Macro Express, position both macros into "SCORE commands":
